Are your items 100% Original / Authentic?
Yes , Enough Said. 

Why are most of your items cheaper than Retail Price ?
Where do you get them ?
We are dealing with an offseason/liquidation companies in USA, UK ,HONGKONG & JAPAN respectively.
We usually get the overruns stocks/ shelf pulls from the last seasons

Due to that , Minor imperfections are unavoidable, for most items are coming from off-season/shelf pulls, but if there is a major flaw, we will state in the description

Hence, the prices are cheaper but in limited stock quantity.

Does the items comes with tags, dustbag or boxes ?
Items may or may not come with the tags/dustbags.
Because most items are overruns stocks from the last seasons. 

Why does some items have a line marked through/ cut off labels?
This is the designers' / manufacturers procedure for most shelf pulls/ closeout items . 
This is mainly intended to prevent a retail customer from returning the item for full retail price to the store where it was originally sold

How to Order?

How to place booking? Any booking fee?
Yes, 50% deposit will be required upon confirmed booking.

I've placed my deposit. Then what's next?
After your item arrives locally in Malaysia, you shall pay your balance (if any).
We will deliver your item(s) soonest after Full Payment is remitted.

How long do I have to wait for Pre-Order items?
It usually takes about 3 weeks for the item to arrive Malaysia.
BUT, it is very much subjected to our local customs clearance time.

How do I pay you ?
We accept bank transfer to Maybank and CIMB only.

Paypal is available for CreditCard payment option or for International Buyer(s).
(4% transaction fee will apply for Paypal method)

Can I pay by installments?
Yes. Allowable up to 2 months Only (from date of purchase)
Item will be delivered once full payment is received.

What shipping method do you use locally ?
We normally use POSLAJU service

Do you do COD (cash on delivery) ?
Yes, in Kuching ONLY

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do.
Inform us earlier and we will check the respective rates for your destination country.

How about refunds ?
We do refund your deposit or your full payment , in case your item is Out-of-Stock or Defective.

I want to cancel my order. Can i?
No cancellations , unless stated otherwise.

Stock -In- Hand / Immediate Stock. What are They?
Means that the item is available immediately with us.
No PreOrder - Just Cash & Carry !
